Warranty
Tielle Line maintains and manages carefully the products, and guarantees the material integrity at delivery.
The customer is obliged to declare any defects and / or defects by written notice within eight days of their discovery. If the customer is covered by the warranty, the customer will be entitled to substitute, where possible and at Tielle Line charge, the defected products or to be repaid the amount paid for such products.
When any breaks or tampering of the packaged products occur, the customer will reject the parcel, explaining the reasons for refusal in the waybill. Line will take care of contact the customer who will be able to decide a new free shipment, or the refund of the price and delivery charges.
However, the right of withdrawal may be waived by the customer.
Post-sale warranty
Each product sold by Linea Tielle is guaranteed for 2 years, subject to major warranties provided by the manufacturer.
Warranty repairs will be carried out by Linea Tielle Ltd., with withdrawal at home
Warranty repairs, for products sold directly by us, must be authorized with a return authorization number that will be notified via email after the assistance request. We therefore encourage our customers not to ship anything without requiring their return authorization number, otherwise parcels will be rejected.
In case the warranty does not cover the repair of the product, the withdrawal and delivery costs will be paid by the customer.
